I Asked My Soul

I enter into listening with my Soul.

I converse with her, I ask her about what concerns me, and I listen to her answers.
The answers come immediately, as long as I am fully present and focused on her.

Today, she asked me to love her—and not to judge her.

“You judge me,” she said, “by looking back at the past.
You often think—and sometimes speak—about what you would do now, how back then you did not act correctly, did not evaluate properly, did not choose the right path.
In this way, you keep me bound to the past. You force me to suffocate, you anchor me to experiences I have already lived through, while I need to move forward.”

“If you love, you do not judge.
And if you do not love me—your own Soul—you cannot truly love anyone else.

We did not come into this world to be perfect.
Perfect we already are.
We came to experience, to travel through the dimensions of matter, to feel the vastness of our existence within times and places that appear limited—and to learn how to expand them through our own power.

That is why I tell you: do not judge me, because in doing so you limit me.
And when I am limited, you cannot go anywhere.”

I share this confession today with you as well—and I share it with love and acceptance.

I do so because I believe that our greatest healer is our Soul, our divine essence, which flows from the Spirit.

Thank you.
