A world that seeks to evolve through Freedom, and a world that seeks to submit to control. Many people have lost friends, relatives, and have seen relationships of all kinds dissolve under these conditions. Many masks have fallen—and will continue to fall—under the pressure placed upon humanity. We are led to question what we have lived and shared in the past, and the alienation and disconnection we experience today. All of this causes pain.
Feelings live within us and remain in motion. The point is not to be swept away by them like quicksand, but to be able to observe what is unfolding on Earth from another perspective, so that we do not sink.
This new way of seeing could be a perspective beyond the individual, beyond relationships and situations as we have known them. My approach resembles stereoscopic depth images—those images that reveal their subject only when you stop focusing on the surface and allow your gaze to move beyond it, into depth.
Through this perspective, we can look at relationships as we once structured them and understand which needs they were fulfilling. Our needs are not something to condemn; they are natural and necessary for the development of our experience. Yet as we grow—and especially under these demanding conditions—it becomes important to look at ourselves with honesty.
It is important to recognize these changes. It is also important to acknowledge that we both gave and received, that something was shared. This awareness helps us understand where we now stand. Beyond simple human contact and communication, what truly matters is the creation of meaningful and authentic connections.
We release the bonds of need into the Light.
In this way, I no longer carry people and my relationships with them within me through the old structures I once created. I accept them after an inner cleansing has taken place, and I allow a relationship to exist on a higher level than before.
With the same spirit of release, I leave outside my life anything and anyone who is incompatible with me or whom I can no longer manage in an honest and balanced way.
They do so because they cannot act otherwise—because they do not wish to carry forward the burdens of ancestral energy that hinder their own evolution.
Behind their small stature and what adults often perceive as awkward behavior, children are psychically equipped beings, capable—through their own experiences and choices—of transforming what has immobilized and burdened not only their parents, but generations of ancestors before them.
Anything that binds us to low vibrations belongs to the past and can no longer stand or manifest in the present.
May we succeed. 💗

As we are ONE with all our bodies—whether we are aware of it or not—life experiences and their imprints leave their marks upon our entire being.
Thus, if we wish to intervene and transform one of our fields—for example, the physical body—we may first work on the emotional and mental ones.
We have witnessed this happening successfully through meditation, emotional care and acceptance—both from the environment and from the individual toward themselves—through various forms of energy healing (such as flower remedies, sound therapy, and others), and even through placebo healing.
By reaching into our subconscious, we see healing taking place on both physical and psychological levels, through hypnosis and deep relaxation.
Our physical body is also influenced by the memories carried by the soul from its previous incarnations, bearing marks and characteristics in its current embodiment, through the canvas of the fifth etheric body.
(Comparable cases are documented in the book Reincarnation and Biology by Ian Stevenson)
As we all seek the great gift of health—one that allows us to live creatively—it is essential to come to know and understand ourselves.
It is very important to listen to ourselves and give ourselves the attention we deserve.
It is equally important not to leave ourselves at the mercy of others’ opinions.
For each one of us is unique.
But “as above, so below.”
Through this Hermetic principle, we may meditate upon the unity of our physical existence with that of the planet that hosts us, of the Solar System, of our Galaxy, and so on.
Reflecting on the functioning of our own being, we realize that just as our inner parts influence one another, a similar process takes place within the components of the Earth.
Imagine that you are the Earth.
A part of you is burning—your hand or your leg.
Your blood is being contaminated.
Your hair is being violently torn away.
How deeply is the emotional and mental field of the Earth affected?
Or does it have none?
Is it merely inert rock and water?
Yet we know that water is an Entity that responds to our thoughts and emotions.
As for the value of stones, we are already aware of their remarkable properties.
After all, we ourselves are largely made of water—just like the planet that hosts us.
And of course, we are not alone on Earth.
Millions of other life forms live here as well.
We are connected to the entire planet.
The memories of the planet’s body are part of our own history—
the history that was written, the one being written now, and the one yet to come.
Whether our individual existence is enough to seriously affect the planet may be open to many interpretations.
But whether the planet can affect the lives of the beings it hosts—and human life in particular—requires little contemplation.
With this image—of a very small human being, or billions of tiny humans, walking upon a vast body that carries its own memories, including those caused by us humans—I leave your imagination to wander.
We are all connected.
Therefore, we all influence one another, positively or negatively, just as we do within our own inner parts.
We are also connected to our past and our future.
Thus, we carry choice and responsibility within the time frame that we perceive as human beings.
What we do not know is how the Earth will regulate its own healing—on its physical, emotional, and mental levels.
And I cannot imagine it, for we are speaking of forces and dimensions incomparably greater than our own existence—and there is no need to go further.
Please envision a harmonious and favorable future for ourselves and for our descendants—and act accordingly.
Truly, how would we wish to live upon Gaia?
To live with Gaia—or detached from her?
And is that even possible?
