The Nourishment of the Soul

Every day, we concern ourselves with the nourishment of the body.
Our physical body needs food and water. The mind, too, requires its own nourishment, and for this reason we invest significant resources in education and art.

The soul, closely connected to both body and mind, also receives its own nourishment.

In our time, unchecked materialism—among other things—has led the soul toward decline and distortion. At the same time, modern trends across various forms of art often promote disharmony, ugliness, and a darker expression that goes beyond the limits of human nature and reaches toward hubris.

These forms of “art” present themselves as evolved and liberated, as bold departures from the classical. Yet, at their core, they often cultivate a dark—non-human—world, leading to the alienation and distortion of the human soul.

What is needed, I believe, is a deeper capacity for perception. The ability to distinguish between the true courage to speak about darkness and the act of glorifying it—placing it on a pedestal. To see not only what is being expressed, but how it is expressed, and for what purpose.

It is also important to preserve our personal inner space, understanding that our life and our path must be protected with respect, as they unfold through lived experience.

Today, it is very easy for one to expose their identity, their life, and their work without limits. It is even easier to absorb influences without any safeguard. And this influence does not come only from individuals, but also from structures that consciously seek to shape and gain acceptance from the wider public.

But here, I speak to you.

To you who have chosen to walk your own path.
Who thinks and seeks.
Who is not easily persuaded—because you are not compliant.

You feel the influence of words, of sound, of every vibration.

What supports you?
What gives you strength?
What frees you from negative emotions and dark thoughts?
What cultivates within you a luminous and meaningful inner world?

If we wish to create a good world within ourselves, it is essential to become aware of what we feed our soul.

Let word, sound, and image express the highest vibration of our being.
Let this be done not as a rejection of our shadow, our lack, or our weakness, but as a conscious choice.

For wherever our attention is directed, there our energy flows.

P.S.

Fortunately, the soul is not nourished only by this world—but primarily by its source.

And this gives rise to strength and trust in life.

And, as the ancients said:

(“With Athena, move your hand as well.”)

 Τι σε υποστηρίζει;  Τι σου δίνει δύναμη;   Τι σε απεγκλωβίζει από τα αρνητικά συναισθήματα,  τις μαύρες σκέψεις;  Τι καλλιεργεί μέσα σου έναν καλό και φωτεινό κόσμο;

Tsalagi or Cherokee – The Indians of the Pleiades

A few years ago, I came across a remarkable book.

Its author, Dhyani Ywahoo, writes in the introduction:

“We, the Cherokee or Tsalagi, are traditionally called the Principal People (Ani Yunwiya) because in our creation story and philosophy it is stated that we carry the sacred responsibility to inspire light and reveal goodness for the benefit of all beings. We come from the stars known as the Pleiades, the Seven Dancers. Within our ceremonies and relationships, the Fire of Wisdom is encoded; therefore, we are responsible for rekindling the fire of the clear mind and right relationship in these times of change.”

First published in 1987 and later translated into Greek in 1991, this work carries the voice of an ancient tradition.

Dhyani, who describes herself as a fifth-generation descendant who has survived after the coming of darkness, presents the beliefs, knowledge, and ceremonies of her people. She offers meditative practices and techniques for healing and harmonization with the Worlds of Light, drawing from the rich heritage of her ancestors.

She speaks about the Sacred Sound, which for the Tsalagi is considered the greatest healer.

In the chapter Adamantine Light, she presents the great power of crystals, as well as the knowledge and respect required in their use:

“The crystal is the symbol of the perfection that exists within us. These teachings about the crystal come through the Pleiades, the constellation of the Seven Dancers, through the healing ray of the Tsalagi to the priestesses and priests who preserve this sacred tradition, and through the constellation of the Bear.”

She also writes:

“All that we see around us is a reflection of our thoughts, and everything we experience is the result of causes we ourselves have created.”

Through her writing, Dhyani invites us into the sacred world of her Ancestors.

She speaks of the energies of Peacemaking, Purification, Magnetization, and Manifestation, which are the four pillars of the healing lodge. She also speaks of dances, chants, and prayers, of the teaching of the pale human, and many other meaningful elements.

At the time of the Greek publication in 1991, she wrote:

“At this time, the Indigenous peoples of America face daily cultural and physical genocide. Our elders, some of whom endured great hardship and punishment for preserving our culture, have instilled in us—through ceremonies, songs, and example—the methods to create a balanced world. Until 1979, Native Americans did not have the right to practice their traditional religions in the United States.”

I write this today not only because this is a truly meaningful work—one that carries a spirit of love and unity for all humanity, regardless of race or religion—but also because I believe there is a reason to preserve the Ancestors of Nations for the salvation of Humanity.

As Dhyani writes:

“A nation that despises its farmers manifests drought and scarcity. Our actions, both individual and collective, are reflected in our environment.”

The Witch

The Witch

Excerpt from the book Seven Hermits

Years pass, and the days flow like water in a river. They may seem the same, yet they are not. Beneath the surface, along the riverbed, the current of life carries away soil and small stones. Green moss grows and settles upon the larger rocks that break the water’s skin, and the sound of the river—if one listens carefully—changes with the turning of the seasons and the wandering of the winds.

Human beings are born bringing hope with them, secretly carrying the ledgers they bear through life; and when they depart, they leave behind their traces—footprints that, in the passage of time, will also fade away.

Yet from time to time, among them appear a few who can see beyond the transformations of matter. They are able to look directly into the tiny droplets of water that form the world around us. Their gift becomes an opportunity for those who encounter them—to witness the endless ripples created when a small pebble touches the surface of the water.

Often, we humans enter the desert of doubt.

It is a harsh desert—one that threatens to collapse the convictions and the walls of doctrine we have built around ourselves. It is painful as well, because it forces us—whether we wish it or not—to leave behind the comfort of certainty, the quiet belief that things are simply “the way they are,” and to confront something deeper.

In The Witch, we follow the life of a priest who is forced to step beyond the fear and the limits of his own faith, and to face the possibility that existence may extend far beyond the boundaries he once believed unbreakable.

Aunt Maria is the healer—a woman who, since childhood, has been able to see beyond the world of the recognized senses. With her words alone, she can intervene and save lives. The villagers accept her presence as something natural. But to their priest, she is a witch, and he excludes her from Holy Communion.

Yet life will one day bring him to her doorstep, asking for help.

Father Evangelos is one of the hermits in my book Seven Hermits.

The story is inspired by real events from another era.

It is also dedicated to a real healer whom life gave me the blessing to know.

This excerpt comes from the book Seven Hermits, which is currently available only in Greek.

Divine Synchronicity

Greetings, Observer.

I contemplate that small opening in time within the space of your own reality—the moment that offered you a piece of information allowing you to move toward new dimensions in the way you experience life.

The concept of synchronicity was explored by the well-known psychiatrist and psychologist Carl Jung. Yet its true function in your life is something only you can confirm—if you are able to recognize its presence in the “random” small or great events that appear along your path, and reflect deeply enough to understand why they occurred.

Often, behind what appears to be a simple choice, there hides the synchronicity of a piece of information or an encounter—something to which you gave your attention by following your intuition.

In doing so, you allow possibilities to fulfill their purpose in your life. By observing and following divine synchronicity, you tune into the frequency designed for you, Observer. You no longer remain stagnant within familiar patterns but begin to see what lies hidden within your experiences.

During the difficult events unfolding across our planet in recent years, our personal lives are deeply affected. For this reason, aligning ourselves with the messages coming from the spiritual field has become even more necessary, because within the material world the forces of separation seem to grow stronger.

Divine synchronicity is the path that allows us to observe behind events, through them, and beyond them.

What is required in order to recognize it?

Recognition of the Divine Principle, creative curiosity, and trust in the infinite dimensions of life within and around us.

I greet you, dear Observer, with a poem from the poetry collection Cosmos.

Coincidences

Look how I happened upon you!

So many layers of the Cosmos,
endless probabilities,
unimaginable connections—
divine synchronicities.

If I am meant to meet you,
everything falls into place
in the great clock of the Cosmos.

Miracles happen.

The “ifs” disappear,
turning into certainty.

There are no coincidences—
only what has already been agreed.

The Ever-New Human

And so it happens, as we live our lives,

to leave pieces of ourselves, here and there.

That is why we so often reminisce about them,

through memories and in the shadows of dreams

that become narrations.

They seem like islands in the seas of Nostos

and they live there through Eros and toil.

From an unknown and primordial cause,

that carries within it the frenzy of Pana,

we arrive, at times, at the sacred sacrifice.

But when love rises to regenerate Orfeas,

and bears Sofia its shield and Romfaia its sail,

it shall sail forth,

and one by one, all your pieces,

it shall gather!

You are Whole now.

May your entire inheritance rightfully belong to you—

rest!

From the poetry collection “ERATO”
Dimitra Bitsiani

For many years now, we have been waiting for the arrival of a new world for humanity.
Perhaps this expectation arises from our deeper need to live better, for clearly we are not fully satisfied with the life we have lived so far.

And the truth is that even if, on an individual level, we are satisfied—having achieved our goals and secured a good standard of living—because we are CONNECTED, we cannot truly enjoy what we have gained when around us there are people (and not only people) who suffer and are mistreated for countless reasons.

There are also the burdens our Soul carries from present and past experiences—burdens we have not yet managed to put in order within ourselves.

It may also be the refusal to confront our true condition, the refusal to look at ourselves as honestly as we can, and to decide what we truly want.

How do we define the New Human we wish to become?
We often speak of this human as something outside ourselves. Something theoretical and future-bound. Something vague, as if it does not concern us. As if it depends on others—whoever those others may be.

Have we asked what relationship this New Human has with us? How much of him is truly ours?

We hear all these new “terms” and “definitions,” such as “Meta-human,” and if we trace our steps back through time, we will see that the “human” has always waited for change and redemption to come from others—however those others were defined in each era, according to prevailing beliefs and established systems meant to enclose him within frameworks and structures.

Even his revolutions ended up becoming his new cells.

What have all these offered us?
If we look at our present moment, we can already see the answer. And if we cannot yet see clearly, the future will reveal the truth—unless we have chosen not to look at it.

This New Human is the ever-new one.
The one who looks upon the world with fresh eyes.
The one guided by an inner necessity and truth—not to live in the world for himself, but to LIVE WITH HIMSELF WITHIN THE WORLD.

Every experience and every involvement becomes a joy of discovery, knowledge, understanding, and offering.

Without his supreme dimension—his SPIRITUAL SELF, the HIGHER, the INCORRUPTIBLE, the one who communes with the Divine Realm—the human being is lost and at the mercy of false promises.

Do you imagine the New Human as forever young, beautiful, and perfectly healthy? Forever happy? Always overflowing with joy? Wealthy? Successful?

I believe these have little to do with the New Human, and much more with his immature self.

How long, truly, can such conditions remain unchanged in a person’s life? Even if we were to extend our lifespan to one or two hundred years, the Soul would still cry out for its needs.

For the New Human is the one who lives by recognizing his pieces, who can unite them, accept them, and evolve them.

When you are connected with your Immortal Self, you do not need external solutions, magical remedies, or willing saviors—because you know who you truly are.

EGO EIMI — I AM.

Aφροδίτη

Life’s Hidden Reserves

There is always something there, at the edge.

Something that remains — something that can hold you, pull you out of the corner you feel trapped in, and help you move forward with your life.

Most of the time, you may not be able to see it.
It might even be right in front of you and still go unnoticed.
Or perhaps it truly has not appeared yet, waiting for the right moment to step onto the stage — almost like a quiet deus ex machina.

Some may think these are merely theories — the reflections of someone who chooses to see the world optimistically, or perhaps someone who has simply been “lucky.”
But if you take a moment to look back at the situations you have lived through — moments when you felt there was no one and nothing left to help you, when your physical and emotional reserves seemed completely exhausted — you may realize that it was not truly so.
After all, you are still here.

More often than not, this help does not arrive in grand or dramatic ways.
It hides in small details, in unexpected encounters, in unforeseen events.
It may come as a sudden idea, a thought that feels as though it has fallen from the sky.

Yet the real driving force that allows people to live with courage and ingenuity is their inner truth — the quiet certainty that they will find a way.
That they will discover the solution and the resources they need.
That what they are experiencing is temporary — a challenge calling them to use their gifts and their strength.

With this faith, they are able to transform their experiences into meaningful lessons.
They learn to draw joy even from small or temporary solutions, to make use of every form of support, and to welcome the unexpected gifts that appear along the way.

It seems that these people perceive life — and their own existence — more broadly, especially when roles, circumstances, and conditions shift.
The paradoxes and games of life do not discourage them. Instead, they create new fields of strength within them.
Because their minds are not rigid, they cultivate a sense of humor. Their energy is no longer wasted on emotional gloom or mental dead ends.

These people are us.
We who have learned — or are learning — how to be resourceful, observant, and trusting of our multidimensional selves.

After all, we are never truly alone.

The Value of Self-Knowledge

From the Delphic injunction Γνώθι σαυτόν (Gnothi Seauton)
from Zen and meditation schools, shamanic traditions, and philosophical systems, to modern psychology, self-knowledge has always been the cornerstone leading human beings toward self-realization.

In practice—not merely as a definition or a word often used in spaces of inner exploration and philosophy— self-knowledge is the most practical and essential stance from which we can walk through life.

To know myself is not simple or easy, since we do not truly know what a human being is, but instead hold a limited and predefined perception of it.

Some believe we are only the body, and that after death nothing remains.  Others believe in the soul, continuing its journey beyond the death of the physical body.
There are many religions, many viewpoints, and many philosophical paths, and it is natural for us to walk through some of them— either through the tradition of the country in which we are born, or through conscious choice during our personal search.

Yet the main goal is not to adopt a doctrine or a system, but to come to know ourselves.

Because knowing oneself is an ongoing process.
I enter into a relationship with myself.
I listen to my inner voice.
I converse with it.
I observe my thoughts.

Self-knowledge is grounded in the respect I have for myself and in the value I give to my own existence.
Thus, whichever path I may find myself on, teachers, guides, and even doctrines become means for growth— not for stagnation.

Knowing myself protects me from manipulation and control by others, while at the same time leading me to release guilt and to take responsibility for my own life.
I become a more conscious human being in relation to others, because by knowing myself, I am able to understand them more deeply.

Γνώθι σαυτόν (Gnothi Seauton)
The great key to fulfilling the purpose of our life.
(Do you believe your life has a purpose?)

From small daily challenges to the great existential questions, the relationship we have with ourselves is the foundation upon which our choices stand— and upon which their outcomes are shaped.

For it is this self that absorbs and distills the experiences and the knowledge we receive from events and from external sources.
This self is, and must be, the central role in our life.

The journey—and the expansions—along the path of self-knowledge are, I believe, infinite, just as infinite is the creation to which we belong.

If there is a light we may glimpse during our brief human life, it is the light of coming to know our own self.

As a part of creation, the human being contains its infinite dimensions as well as the unique possibilities carried by every being at the moment of conception within the Divine Mind— even when those possibilities are limited by embodiment.

Do you believe it is worth knowing yourself?

Τι ψάχνεις να βρεις θνητέ;
Έναν φτερωτό Άγγελο;

το Ουράνιο των Θεών παιδί;

Releasing the Bonds of Need into the Light

The truth is that everything changes, and nothing remains the same.
In the time we are living in, change is even faster and more intense, as it is triggered by events that force the natural flow of things and lead our lives into difficult situations. These situations call for introspection and observation—but above all, for a new way of seeing—so that we may preserve our inner balance.

A world that seeks to evolve through Freedom, and a world that seeks to submit to control. Many people have lost friends, relatives, and have seen relationships of all kinds dissolve under these conditions. Many masks have fallen—and will continue to fall—under the pressure placed upon humanity. We are led to question what we have lived and shared in the past, and the alienation and disconnection we experience today. All of this causes pain.

Feelings live within us and remain in motion. The point is not to be swept away by them like quicksand, but to be able to observe what is unfolding on Earth from another perspective, so that we do not sink.

This new way of seeing could be a perspective beyond the individual, beyond relationships and situations as we have known them. My approach resembles stereoscopic depth images—those images that reveal their subject only when you stop focusing on the surface and allow your gaze to move beyond it, into depth.

Through this perspective, we can look at relationships as we once structured them and understand which needs they were fulfilling. Our needs are not something to condemn; they are natural and necessary for the development of our experience. Yet as we grow—and especially under these demanding conditions—it becomes important to look at ourselves with honesty.

What moved me to create this relationship with this person?
What has changed since then, at least for me?

It is important to recognize these changes. It is also important to acknowledge that we both gave and received, that something was shared. This awareness helps us understand where we now stand. Beyond simple human contact and communication, what truly matters is the creation of meaningful and authentic connections.

We release the bonds of need into the Light.

In this way, I no longer carry people and my relationships with them within me through the old structures I once created. I accept them after an inner cleansing has taken place, and I allow a relationship to exist on a higher level than before.

With the same spirit of release, I leave outside my life anything and anyone who is incompatible with me or whom I can no longer manage in an honest and balanced way.

Visualize these bonds being cut.
Everything that once bound you to people and situations that are no longer necessary for you.
Send into the Light the bonds of need that were formed through lack, and keep only the people—and the bonds of Love—that truly connect you.

Children as the Saviors of Our Becoming

We have grown accustomed to seeing children in relation to their size—their physical presence, their dependence on older people, and above all, their relationship with us as their parents.
Yet the era that Gaia has entered—and, consequently, the era humanity is now entering—calls us to look beyond the image we perceive. It invites us to move past our long-held perceptions and beliefs and to recognize, more essentially and truthfully, the principles, beings, and relationships that shape our lives.

As parents, we carry responsibilities and obligations that arise from our role.
But when we look at our children slightly beyond this role—when we observe them rather than define them—we begin to realize that our children are catalysts: beings who come to transmute and release all the negative patterns that have manifested in our lives.

All limiting beliefs and actions, all negative energetic patterns that define us, inevitably become—whether we wish it or not—elements that influence our children and accompany them through life.
Within a reciprocal relationship of influence aimed at evolution, children enter our lives as messengers of healing, having chosen us in order to touch the darker aspects of our being and transform them into light.

They do so because they cannot act otherwise—because they do not wish to carry forward the burdens of ancestral energy that hinder their own evolution.

Behind their small stature and what adults often perceive as awkward behavior, children are psychically equipped beings, capable—through their own experiences and choices—of transforming what has immobilized and burdened not only their parents, but generations of ancestors before them.

As the vibrations of the Earth accelerate, so do the opportunities to follow this remarkable evolutionary movement of the planet.
Our perception becomes faster and more expansive.
The limiting ego and its fears begin to recede, while consciousness brings forth the information that is useful and appropriate for us.

Children are not only the future of humanity; they are also the salvation of the present and the past.
They carry within them the primordial potential of humankind—and woe to those who abuse or exploit them.

By extending the hand of our heart toward our children, we take a step together into the new dimension of the Earth.
The Earth already exists within this new dimension, which is defined by the speed at which our consciousness moves—a speed that determines how swiftly our intentions and choices materialize in our lives.

Anything that binds us to low vibrations belongs to the past and can no longer stand or manifest in the present.

We therefore stand before our responsibility:
either as parents, recognizing and honoring our children so that they may fulfill their mission, or as adults without children, recognizing and honoring the child within.

At great speeds, time dissolves.
Thus, in the present moment, we are able to witness how everything heals. We can return to every childhood we have lived and move forward to every future version of ourselves, consciously choosing what resonates at the highest frequency—for ourselves, and therefore for humanity.

May we succeed. 💗

The Memories of the Body

As we are ONE with all our bodies—whether we are aware of it or not—life experiences and their imprints leave their marks upon our entire being.

The more conscious we become, the more we are able to understand the ways in which events affect our body, our emotions, and our thoughts.
If our body has suffered an injury, if our emotions have been wounded, or if our thoughts are unpleasant, the influence from one part of us to the other is inevitable.

Thus, if we wish to intervene and transform one of our fields—for example, the physical body—we may first work on the emotional and mental ones.
We have witnessed this happening successfully through meditation, emotional care and acceptance—both from the environment and from the individual toward themselves—through various forms of energy healing (such as flower remedies, sound therapy, and others), and even through placebo healing.

By reaching into our subconscious, we see healing taking place on both physical and psychological levels, through hypnosis and deep relaxation.

Our physical body is also influenced by the memories carried by the soul from its previous incarnations, bearing marks and characteristics in its current embodiment, through the canvas of the fifth etheric body.
(Comparable cases are documented in the book Reincarnation and Biology by Ian Stevenson)

As we all seek the great gift of health—one that allows us to live creatively—it is essential to come to know and understand ourselves.
It is very important to listen to ourselves and give ourselves the attention we deserve.
It is equally important not to leave ourselves at the mercy of others’ opinions.
For each one of us is unique.

But “as above, so below.”
Through this Hermetic principle, we may meditate upon the unity of our physical existence with that of the planet that hosts us, of the Solar System, of our Galaxy, and so on.

Reflecting on the functioning of our own being, we realize that just as our inner parts influence one another, a similar process takes place within the components of the Earth.

Imagine that you are the Earth.
A part of you is burning—your hand or your leg.
Your blood is being contaminated.
Your hair is being violently torn away.
How deeply is the emotional and mental field of the Earth affected?
Or does it have none?
Is it merely inert rock and water?

Yet we know that water is an Entity that responds to our thoughts and emotions.
As for the value of stones, we are already aware of their remarkable properties.
After all, we ourselves are largely made of water—just like the planet that hosts us.

And of course, we are not alone on Earth.
Millions of other life forms live here as well.

We are connected to the entire planet.
The memories of the planet’s body are part of our own history—
the history that was written, the one being written now, and the one yet to come.

Whether our individual existence is enough to seriously affect the planet may be open to many interpretations.
But whether the planet can affect the lives of the beings it hosts—and human life in particular—requires little contemplation.

With this image—of a very small human being, or billions of tiny humans, walking upon a vast body that carries its own memories, including those caused by us humans—I leave your imagination to wander.

We are all connected.
Therefore, we all influence one another, positively or negatively, just as we do within our own inner parts.

We are also connected to our past and our future.
Thus, we carry choice and responsibility within the time frame that we perceive as human beings.

What we do not know is how the Earth will regulate its own healing—on its physical, emotional, and mental levels.
And I cannot imagine it, for we are speaking of forces and dimensions incomparably greater than our own existence—and there is no need to go further.

Please envision a harmonious and favorable future for ourselves and for our descendants—and act accordingly.

Truly, how would we wish to live upon Gaia?
To live with Gaia—or detached from her?
And is that even possible?

Everything is inscribed. —
our experiences and our actions.

Inscriptions

Everything is inscribed.

Scattered marks, superficial,
Deep wrinkles,
Ravines and chasms.

Small landscapes,
so that you may glimpse the infinite.

—Swollen veins—
Rivers that never reached their mouths.

—Fiery eyes—
Lava of life, condensed.

Everything is inscribed.

They become marks upon bodies,
Ethereal patterns.

They resemble trees, stars, and shells.
They change, they transform—
but everything is inscribed.

The Nourishment of the Soul

Every day, we concern ourselves with the nourishment of the body. Our physical body needs food and water. The mind, too, requires its own ...
